Nathan D. Sikora, DC, FIAMA, FCBP, CHC

Dr. Sikora earned his Bachelor of Science in Sports Medicine from Heidelberg College and furthered his professional education by earning his doctorate at the New York Chiropractic College where he was a member of Phi Chi Omega Chiropractic Honor Society and graduated Magna Cum Laude.

Dr. Sikora is a Chiropractic Biophysics (CBP) practitioner and is one of the few chiropractors in the State of Ohio who have been certified in this technique. Biophysics is a spinal structural rehabilitation technique based on the premise that abnormal posture and spinal curves affect the normal biological functions of the body. These abnormalities lead to early degeneration of the discs and joints of the spine as well as interference to the overall nervous system.

Since becoming a physician, Dr. Sikora has continued his education by advanced training in Clinical Nutrition and Acupuncture and has his specialty in Acupuncture from the International Academy of Medical Acupuncture (IAMA).

In addition Dr. Sikora is a Webster Certified practitioner. He is the only chiropractor in the Canton - Akron area who has been certified in this technique that reduces interference to the nervous system, balances pelvic muscles and ligaments, and then in turn reduces the cause of intra-uterine constraint. Because these conditions are found to be very common in pregnant women who have BREECH presentations, this technique is helpful because it allows the baby to get into the best possible position for birth.
