Natural Pain Management

The overwhelming majority of visits to doctors today are due to pain.  Back pain is the second most common reason for visiting a doctor behind stress related disorders.  In our office, we have the unique ability to not only manage pain on a deeper level than the typical treatments (pain killers, muscle relaxants, and anti-inflammatory) but find the underlying dysfunctions causing that pain.

Over 40 different studies have confirmed that chiropractic care outperforms competing options every time.  A review of the literature sheds light on the fact that acupuncture therapies have been shown to help with pain control and even more effective when combined with other therapies. Our unique blend of holistic treatments gives our patients a statistically better outcome not only in pain levels but in reduction of disability.

Patient Testimonials

1. What was it like before you came in to see us?

Before I came to CFHM, I enjoyed good health, except for the occasional headache, sometimes migraine type. I had been taking a prescription beta blocker for the migraines for 20 years and decided I wanted to be drug-free. After stopping that prescription drug, I wanted to find what is best for my body makeup. I came here because I want my next years to be healthy and better.

2. How is it now?

Since being drug free, I have not had a headache of any kind-including sinus/allergy. I have not taken even an aspirin and lost 10 pounds (something that I needed but wasn’t a priority). I want to take the supplements that benefit my chemistry type and keep my body operating the way God designed me.

1. What was it like before you came to see us?

Before I came to CFHM, I had severe neck and shoulder pain that resulted in migraine headaches that were increasing in intensity and frequency. As a result, I would be incapacitated for several days a month.

2. How is it now?

I am so much better now. I haven’t had a headache for over two months and am much more flexible and am not constantly worrying about getting, having, or getting over a headache and neck pain.

-Ann S.
